Ongoing billing periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The Platform uses AI to generate "answers," content, analyses, and recommendations.
AI output may contain errors.
AI-generated content does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

Nach Überschreitung:
Der Nutzer wird über das Erreichen des Limits informiert.
Für erweiterte Funktionen stehen kostenpflichtige Abonnements (monatlich/jährlich) zur Verfügung.
Die Preise werden transparent angezeigt.
Wenn das Abo nicht gekündigt wird, verlängert es sich automatisch um die ursprünglich gewählte Laufzeit.
Die Kündigung ist jederzeit möglich.
Sie wird wirksam, wenn sie spätestens 7 Tage vor Beginn der nächsten Abrechnungsperiode erfolgt.
Erfolgt sie später, verlängert sich das Abo automatisch.
Zahlungen werden über Stripe und weitere internationale Zahlungsdienstleister abgewickelt.
Begonnene Abrechnungsperioden werden nicht anteilig erstattet, außer wenn gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
Die Plattform nutzt KI zur Erstellung von Texten, Antworten, Analysen und Empfehlungen.
KI-Inhalte können Fehler enthalten und ersetzen keine professionelle Beratung (medizinisch, rechtlich, finanziell).
Der Betreiber übernimmt keine Haftung für:
Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Die Plattform soll grundsätzlich 24/7 erreichbar sein, kann jedoch wegen Wartung oder technischen Problemen ausfallen.
Ein Anspruch auf ununterbrochene Erreichbarkeit besteht nicht.
